Every Letterbox Gift comes wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with our beautiful blue branded seal, and in our gorgeous signature gift box!
To make each gift more personal, you have the option to include a hand written card specifically for your loved ones. Gifts fit through the letterbox and sent directly to your recipient.
How much is delivery?
All letterbox gifts are £2.99 standard delivery 5-7 working days & all Home fragrance £3.99 standard delivery 5-7 working days. You can upgrade to Royal Mail first class 2 working days or tracked 48 at check out.
How long does shipping take?
We use a general rule of 5-7 business days. All parcels are sent standard delivery, unless upgraded to first class or tracked 48 option is selected (additional charges apply).
What is my parcel is lost or missing?
It’s The Thought are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. If your item has been unable to be delivered, due to an error on your part due to incorrect address entry then we will not be able to refund you. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

How long will it take to dispatch my gift?
We aim to create & dispatch your gift within 1-2 business days.

How do the gifts come packaged?
All of our thoughtful gifts in the post arrive in our signature branded box. Inside the items are wrapped in tissue, with our gorgeous branded wax seal. There is a little card to ensure you add that personal touch with a handwritten message.
